Communicating with the staff that makes up your company is one of the most important skills a company needs if it is to run smoothly and successfully. Communicating with a group of people en mass is the most effective way of getting the message across as approaching staff on an individual basis can be time consuming and lead to miscommunication as one member of staff passes on the information to another, who hasn't been told it yet. Company conferences are also a good vehicle for creating camaraderie between staff, by ensuring there is a fun 'none work' element to part of the event, be it through a team build afternoon or evening dinner.
